"Can a brain, addicted to ________, be restored to health? Yes. In about two to three years. However, it will take a (structured program) and accountability."
The above, a quote from a Christian ministry, uses the same general wording that the World uses.
What is missing? The power of God. The logic and science in that quote is true if you trust in the effort of man but leave out the power of God.
Why can He not restore the addicted brain back to health in the blink of an eye? Because we don't believe He is enough for that.
"Lord, I believe, help my unbelief!"
A mutual friend was commenting on this a while back: aren't we called to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit? Why do we insist on trying to fix our problems in the power and energy of flesh?
