Last week, several events lined up, showing my 36 work-year experienced mind that significant loss is just around the corner - with no doubt.That downward spiral of dark attitude started again. Then, a couple familiar scriptures merged together and gave me a heart-spoken dose of reality:
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding - which is a bruised and broken reed. A reed which will pierce the hand of any man who leans on it."
Time to say goodbye to being self-destructive and trust in the Lord instead.
