There are anchor verses in the Bible. Over and over, important godly wisdom and God-originated concepts are shown in His Word; and then there's that one verse that the important concepts are anchored to. That verse that says it all in a nutshell.
Here is the verse that encapsulates all of the other verses that address a lack of confidence in God, a lack of courage in seemingly impossible situations/assignments and unreasonable fear:
"The Lord God is my Strength, my personal bravery, and my invincible army; He makes my feet like hinds' feet and will make me to walk [not to stand still in terror, but to walk] and make [spiritual] progress upon my high places [of trouble, suffering, or responsibility]!" Habakkuk 3:19
